It's sometimes difficult to reflect on what is actually holding you back from the next step. I have spent more time than I would like to admit "staying in my lane"...not that it's a bad thing, at times. However, I have learned that in order to become a leader I need to push myself toward BIG goals. For some of you this is learning more about Electrophysiology. For others, this means becoming a coach and/or mentor.
So how can you CHART (pun intended) YOUR course to the next level? Using tools and resources available to sharpen your skills, finding a mentor to help guide you, or BOTH! There is nothing more valuable than educating yourself and finding the right person to speak truth into your world.
